Day 6 want a drink
I really want a drink and think i would if i had not took a xanax awhile ago. I was so close to calling my pharmacy and asking if i can have a drink now being i took the xanax 4 hours ago.. alcoholics try to find anyway to get too that drink i guess.

Please don't mix alcohol and Xanax.

Urges and cravings will pass. What can you do in the meantime - read a book, call a friend, do some journaling?

Felt the same today. Asking myself if I really want to be sober. I now I'm just feeling weak and worrying about how I will get through a holiday party this weekend. I monday 7. Everyone in my lifedrinks. It's hard.its confusing. When and how does it feel better?
I know if I drink it will be so much worse than what I am feeling now. Yet I still miss the effect of alcohol. It makes me feel crazy. Thank you for letting me vent.
I didn't drink today either. Tomorrow will be day 8.
