Good morning. Lingering over my coffee...postponing start of an intense workday. I am presently working on my thoughts. I need not dread things as I do. That is a choice between my ears, and I can choose instead to just show up, do what I am asked to do, and see what happens. Less dire predicting and dread is my choice.
Thank you for well-wishes and support. I am in a strange time of difficulty and reluctant challenge and boredom..and growth, I hope.

Hello all.
At midday I will be off to my boss's funeral. He finally lost his battle to cancer.
A young man father of three grown children and a grandad.
He fought like a lion to stay alive.
My intention is not to depress any of you just a reminder look after your health.
Go for check ups, eat healthy and dont ever even ponder putting that other poison back in the equation.

Sorry to hear about your boss Vman. Never don't post something for fear of being downbeat. Life can be hard ar times for all of us. Good advice re the health checks, especially for us guys who tend to be shy of the doctor.
