Welcome SA. So sorry to hear about your mother. I can only imagine how painful that must have been for you. I just wanted to send you my support on your quest to tackle this addiction. Weekends can be hard at first (in my experience), but it gets much more manageable with time. You are starting so young which is a great thing.....it took me almost 30 years to face my problems and the role that alcohol played in making them much, much worse.
Best wishes.

Wishing you the best SA.

I recommend making a recovery plan, and general one to be goign on with for sure, but maybe also for the weekend - including an escape plan if things get too much?
