Day 2
Start of day 2 for me today

Manchester at the front and centre of my thoughts today

Here's to another alcohol free day today

I've started over and on day 2 as well. Last night was difficult as i was suffering with anxiety but determined to continue. I've started the day with a healthy breakfast and going to do some exercise later.

Hey Stewy- Good going on Day 2. As you know, the first few days are the roughest time. I used to do anything possible to get out of my head...going outside and taking walks, workouts, reading, posting here, watching movies...just don't drink!

Yeah, the Manchester bombing is unbelievable...when does it end?

Hey CT, yeah it's horrible, it's only an hour away from where I am.

Yeah it's those first few days isn't it, getting into a new routine and sticking with it

Well I've just done a work out so I'm thinking that will get rid of IT for a while perhaps until later

I feel strong in the morning, it's as the day wears on

I've noticed a marked difference after the workout, feel quite relaxed

I'm going out for tea tonight and work again tomorrow

Sounds good Stewy. I know what you mean about the workouts...it's definitely a great way to start the day.
