I've heard the term here and was curious if someone can share more specifics on what that is for you.

My Plan:

I keep doing whatever needs to be done, day to day moment to moment.
While doing this I keep practicing Anapana and Vipassana so that it becomes a habit to observe the breath and the sensations that continuously rise and pass away.
