Hmm...never had Vegemite, but I know it's something you're NOT supposed to eat if you take an MAO inhibitor, some kind of yeast extract or something.

Perth sounds fine. And so does the chocolate! LOL.

Hey Penny,
Thank you for the Memorial Day sentiments. I've been working out in the yard this week and attended an out of town graduation so haven't checked in this week. It appears we're in Australia which is really cool! The movie invite tonight sounds fabulous! I'm going for a hike with you as I need to take off a couple of pounds if we're feasting at the movie tonight.
I'll go with the flourescent yellow hiking gear as I usually get lost in the woods. Please let Angelina know I'm packing a butterfly net and a bug cage.
I'll take a vegemite sandwich as well. And thanks to all of you. Today COULD be a drinking day, but not for me. I appreciate everyone's support here when I'm in the throes of a drinking temptation.

Thank you Eddie Z. It's a pleasure to meet you as well. I'm having a hard time keeping up with household events as my college age sons are back in for the summer. Yes, I'm happy to be on this trip with you and the others. Would love to join you on this thread and try to keep up with travel experiences. Thank you.

I already posted one image of Hanging Rock,
but here's another since that appears to be where
we're headed today. I think I also said we have to stay together,
so no one goes missing like in the movie/book. LOL.

nogard,
These sheilas (is that right?) want to go hiking so can we detour to Hanging Rock after all? Then on to Perth, OK? Gosh, I need to check my map! LOL.

Penny and Val,
Good morning! Thanks for the food, Penny, and you're welcome, Val!
Have a great holiday!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Okay, well Eddie , I'm back from a wonderful hiking trip with Penny and Angelina and I have my tennis racquets (I think 3 Legacy plays) packed and fishing gear as I understand from the travel agent that there are facilities available for these activities. Eddie, I'm glad you have the map and know where we're going.

Val:
I am up for singles or doubles just let me know when & where. Grateful I was able to return to the game after many years in the bottle. I even love to fish but not to sure of the regulations down under. Keep me informed if you would please.

Val,
Actually, nogard is our tour guide I believe. I did check the map and see that Hanging Rock was more or less on the way to Perth. Glad you enjoyed it!

Has anyone spotted any interesting wildlife yet?

nogard,
What do we want to see between Melbourne and Perth? That's surely a lot of territory! LOL. I think we have some members in Perth, too. Is that where justme57/Lee lives? I'll have to check...

Brett,
I'm up for a tennis match. Not sure about the fishing though. I like to be more active than that. I have a terrible time sitting still. Something about ADD. LOL.

Love and hugs,

Cool then, Eddie. We'll have a doubles match with 3 Legacy and Eddie and myself if we can find one more player. If anyone's interested, please keep us posted. My serve is weak...just for the record.
My hat's off to Nogard for holding this trip together. Thank you Nogard.

Welcome to the bus. We have a pleasant gang aboard and are currently in Australlia.

Nogard, thanks for the pics. How beautiful. I can't wait to see them all.

Penny, what do you mean no popcorn fights? You know that if we are watching a movie, there is bound to be a popcorn fight! I'll help clean up the mess, I promise!!!
