Dee, the area where I live is notorious for very poor quality of tap water. I used to use water filters but still had a lot of limescale in my kettle, let alone the taste is awful.

Thank you, Dee)
I am back ASAP)
It wasn't that bad aside from the fact that I dragged two 5-liter bottles +groceries.
And the weather is totally stunning and gorgeous - like a very late Indian Summer.
Shame I am stuck at home with cold, but on the upside - decent amount of sleep surely did me some good .
Anyway, I am all set with water, coffee and other stuff to get me through.
Have a great weekend, all!

Ha! I guess I know which song you are talking about Dee. The trains run 24/7 now on a couple of lines, it has only taken 130 years
I am bored really, just sitting here while others do the actual work. At least they are fast , they should be done by midday. I suppose I can catch up on my emails - boring!

No. Right now I'm recreating a counted cross stitch sampler that I did originally in the 80s, but stupidly gave away to a silent auction!
It was really intricate and different, and I'd like to pass it on to one of my daughters someday.
I have also done some hardanger, a Norwegian art in which you cut threads out of the fabric and bind stitches around the holes. I have a hardanger Christmas house that I put up every Christmas.
The last time I did a project was over 20 years ago. I figured I'd get this one piece accomplished now, before my eyesight deteriorates!

Welcome, Echoes!
I am stuck with severe cold, so my plan is to stay in bed, take medicines, grab a laptop and catch up with lots of stuff about my projects I've been putting off, and then watch some decent TV show in the evening. And, SR, of course!
Glimer - Hi)
Have a great day, guys)
