I did OK for a while, then yesterday I decided it would be a good idea to go for a drink...you know the rest.

So today I'm back on day one after quite a while sober, feeling like hell with apologies to make and an emotional mess to clean up.

I'm pretty unhappy at the moment, I lost a friend to mental illness and suicide recently - the latest of a few that have gone out of my life for one reason or another.
