Welcome to the weekender thread MissNewLife.

This thread is basically a place for us to get together to provide support to make it through the weekend. Weasel starts the thread with some wonderful and insightful thoughts but we discuss anything and everything. Feel free to just jump in, if you need support just say something and we will try to help you anyway you can. Also, this thread can move very fast, don't feel like you need to keep up.

As for posting pics, this thread should help.

That's a classic image! It almost looks vintage. Nice ride. (Is that the right way to say it...?)

Yes ma'am!! The first one I've ever owned. I've only had it for two weeks.

I've also only had my motorcycle license for one week today - lol - hence the nervousness about riding still.

Nice, MNL!
Flat black = timeless.

Careful, though, auto drivers
will look directly at you as if
you're invisible.

His Lordship...hmm....has a certain ring to it. I'll call you his lordship if you call me Lady Brynn . You make me want to re-watch Downton! Absolutely loved that series! Oh, and Melina is now officially the Queen of Tacos!

Hi MNL! Love your bike! I've been all over the country on the back of a Harley....never took the plunge to get my own though. Can't wait to hear about your trip! Girl Power!!

I'm so hungry for lunch! I usually don't get hungry before 1pm....I'm sitting here at my desk fantasizing about all the food I'm gonna eat! In reality it'll be half a peanut butter sandwich and an apple lol!

Howdy folks

I finally caught up with the thread.

Cool bike MissNewLife, your trip sounds fun

Soberwolf, 3 years is a fantastic achievement and thanks for all that you give to SR

Congratulations on shotgun Lunar (sorry Mr L two fountains Brain)

Wearing a suit and tie today - don't like it. Dizzee taking the p*** (asking when i'm due in court - hilarious) At least I won't have to wear one tomorrow

Operation Eternal Disaster part 37 - we now have Boris Johnson as Foreign Minister, Pennywise the Clown would be more tactful

The famous Earl of Weasel - Knight gallant

In two hours we're supposed to head north to go look at a little camper. My husband is scrambling around to get a hitch installed on the back of my SUV.

Any of you have any bright ideas to help him out? I'm desperate. I'm not kidding. He isn't good under pressure. And he should've had this installed before we actually needed it (but that's beside the point now).

Uhaul will do it for $260. My cheap husband is trying his best to go a cheaper route. Nothing's coming together.

This guy will sell the camper out from under us if we mess around and don't show up today.
