Happy Birthday, Marty! Glad you enjoyed the visit to "our fair city."
It's supposed to be a sauna here today. Of course, now that I have been diagnosed with an ear infection, all I want to do is go swimming, which is forbidden.
Glad to hear the b-day party went well, Ruby.
Going to stay indoors for much of the day, I think. Truth is, parts of my house could use a good cleaning and I've got no excuses for not doing it.

I'm going to a meditation thing and then I'll see where the day takes me. It'll be hot here, too. My veggie garden could use a good soak.
I should go do a hive inspection and see how the bees are getting on but it's much too hot.

It's much too hot here to do much of anything outside, which bums me out a little. Not sure what we will do today. Guy friend has cleared his calendar for me, though, so we will figure something out.

I'm so tired from babysitting but getting a little break this morning so decided to sleep in and be lazy! We're having our Fathers Day celebration later this afternoon and my contributions are easy peasy.....just a fruit salad and green salad!
