And children of all ages… I did something tonight I haven’t done in a long time. In fact, you haven’t lived if haven’t done this. I saw the ice cream two for one “Green’s Ice Cream” and as I was heading to the freezer case, I thought to myself, ‘Self, you haven’t had whipped cream on your ice cream in a few years at least.’ So I picked up the canned redi whip type stuff. And not the low fat – full fat here.
I saw in the fridge tonight and took it, opened the cap, stuck the nozzle in my mouth and gave a good long squeeze. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, that’s living baby!
In other news, I made hot eye-talian sausages with peppers, onions and mushrooms on a club roll tonight. With a special sauce I made up – mustard based hot dog relish, add ketchup and a few drops of chipotle suace, stir it in with the peppers just before serving… scrumptious.
The missus said she was ready to do my “assessment” for the camera. I said I’m lying down, come get me when ready. 4 hours later she wakes me up. Still not done…
Time to take a shower, I have an appointment with Mrs Doctor in 20 minutes for my assessment...
I’ll share my Liszt with you all…

I've been feeling a little quiet the last couple days. Nothing really wrong ... just one of those occasional phases.

I'm hitting the sack now, and hoping I sleep restfully. I'm not nervous, exactly - it's just a big change and I'm excited and unsure of how I'll adjust to a new routine. That's enough to keep me awake. Going to run a meditation thing on my iPad. That should help. Goodnight, dear friends.
