Did y'all miss me?

So sorry for your family's loss, tetra. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Congrats Ken! Sounds like you're getting the running bug! Once it gets hold of you, you'll be hooked forever!

I can definitely say I'm having a better day than the owner of that Mercedes! Had a late lunch so an apple and apricots for dinner followed by chocolate ice cream with marshmallow sauce! Oh, and shaving my legs really paid off today! The guy doing my pedicure gave me an extra ten minute massage! Yay!

When did we become Misshapes? Ha!

Marty, hopefully she'll wear herself out soon.

Tetra, I'm sorry to hear of your cousin's loss. Very sad.

Mesa, I *cringed* when I saw that post. My hometown (near MartyWorld) is very woodsy and there are deer everywhere. I totally fear hitting one. My brother wrecked my mom's car years ago when one jumped into his path.

SP, I would gladly consume your delicious-looking meatballs anytime. Love North African food!

hey all, just a quick hello hoping all are well...

just printed out my ohio huntin and killin permit... leaving tomorrow afternoon, so I'm calling shotgun for Thursday now... should be back in 'civilization' saturday evening...

sorry about your cousin Tetra...

MM, I can relive the moments I hit a deer in my SL... right at the big turn at valley forge on the way home from a david bromberg show in delaware...
this big buck bolted out of nowhere and jumped into me, I was going slow enough that there wasn't a lot of damage. his antlers scratched the windshield as he did a one and a half with a full twist over the car.
when I pulled off into a gas station to look at the damage there was a cop who pulled in next to me and he inspected to damage as well... I tried to keep my distance from him cause if he smelled my breath, hitting a deer was the least of my worries... never no more none of that worry...

You should always carry a good knife in your truck in case you come across a fresh one on the road, just take the back straps...

gotta get back to packin my stuff and pretending I did some housework today...

thanks for the clarification on the multi-grain bread. I thought it was a 20000X cell magnification, or a rice ball

I'd say good luck in the morning Weasel but I think Just Do It! should work, knock em dead.

I thought it was a rice ball also. But the whole dish looks delicious! I've never had African food.
I had left over spaghetti. I have plenty of leftovers so I won't have to cook this week.
I'm pooped-hopefully I won't wake up at 5:30AM again tomorrow.
good luck hunting, brain.

Good hunting, Brain. That's in the general area where we went on vacation in August. Beautiful area.

I picked up the kids and brought them home. Then I went to a yoga class. Just what the doctor ordered. It was wonderful. Now I'm sitting at home, getting caught up here. Caught up on housework. Then I'll have my ice cream.

Too bad for the Mercedes owner. That's rough. I've been fortunate enough not to hit any wildlife.

Time to get ready for bed. Big day at work tomorrow. HaF, hope you get some sleep.

Well, ya know, we're still waiting for the much-ballyhooed Della-Trach nuptials to get off the ground. After that, I can look at my schedule, SP.

Thinking of you Tetra.

Left work today and as I was getting into my car I was handed 2 (2!) bottles of.....champagne.

Gee thanks.. Happy Christmas ra ra ra

Drove home and trashed talked to the bottles on the passenger seat all the home.

Got inside the door and Popped the corks and turned them upside down in the sink and sang 'oh the weather outside...'

Then I made a cup of tea.

I'm a force to be reckoned with... I am.

Oh Citreon DS 1974

Morning,

I was going to go on my first run since turned ankle but it is raining hard. Bed seemed very inviting this morning.

Well done for ditching that champagne Trees. Agree about Citroën DS very pretty. Below is a rare "SM" version built during its brief collaboration with Maserati

The founder of Citroën was a Dutch man named Andre Citron - Citron is French for lemon so he changed his name rightly thinking the French would not buy a car called a lemon

Yes - imagine a warm spring day swanning round Paris in one of those may be with Isabel Adjani. Yes she would do

Reality - I am in a grey and waterlogged Norwich for work and it's Tuesday in early December. Hey Ho
