SW, big hugs to you. I think the pain of loss does lesson in intensity as time goes on, but doesn't ever go away. I am sorry you are having a rough time but I think it is perfectly natural.

It's good you reached out, look at all this sincere support.

I lost my mom two years ago. It is still very painful and overall just feels strange.

I hope you feel a little more like yourself soon. Please accept my condolences and support. I'm sorry it hurts. I hope it eases soon.

Thank you everyone I'm meeting up with my brother & were going up to the cemetery together to tend the grave

I won't be posting much over today & tomorrow but I will be Tuesday onwards

Sending hugs and positive thoughts for a speedy recovery SW. Your mom would be so happy and proud of you.

Going to her place of rest is an excellent idea in my opinion - it may be what you need to release the emotions that are bottled up inside. Keep in mind, crying is healthy... it really is! (I read a few articles on this topic).

Your contributions to SR are so appreciated and everyone here know that is someone needs some "down time" to get back on track that is what is important. You are number 1 and that means your sobriety.

I have found that by talking about those that have passed on helps me to release my emotions, and you will be able to do that with your brothers.

I hope you have a good Sunday. Take EXCELLENT care of yourself SW.

Today has been ok been with my sister brother & Mrs sw

Might be meeting up with my neice tomorrow to go bk up the cemetery I laid a autumn bunch of flowers I'm sure my mum would have liked & some roses her favourite flower

Going to log out for the night now but just wanted to say thank you to all it means a lot
