Exercise is THE BEST. Even if it is a brisk walk around the block.

It will make a huge difference.

An appropriate multi-vitamin, good nutrition and stay hydrated...
As for supplements? Common Sense, not common ego, follow your sober intuition and common sense on a rationale reasonable sober path to reovery. That's the supplement that's been working for me

When I quit drinking my overall diet improved, started to put some time and effort into eating right and getting more exercise, plenty of fluids, more sleep, less caffeine.

I now don't take any multivitamin as the whole package came together nicely!!

This is so true. A brisk walk around the block in the morning.....free endorphines!!!!!!

That's one of my motivations for exercising...the free, natural drugs that are actually good for you......endorphines and testosterone!! I need my daily fix!!!!

That said, I'm also taking Pharmaton, Omegas and Guarana which is a natural caffeine. In the morning I drink two large glasses of water with freshly squeezed lemon while stretching, munch on a banana and drop one or two guarana......then exercise!!

....

This one is not for use in public places. But if you want to feel better, smile. A smile releases endorphins. The release is the greatest if you put on a constant smile for 3-5 minutes. You'll feel it.

There are miraculous healing powers in a couple of spoonfuls of ice cream. Chocolate ice cream is especially full of magical energy.

On a serious note, I take a multivitamin, a B complex vitamin, and a baby aspirin daily. They were all recommended by a doctor.
