Day 5..............

Thought about alcohol a lot after work today but still going

I hope you are hanging in there, day 5 is awesome!! Early days can be a bit rough but you will be so happy that you stayed the course!

The more days you get behind you the stronger you will feel. Try to think of this as a sober muscle work out.
