The tape I did not know I was recorded at the clinic 9 months ago...
I saw it today…
I looked absolutely a ******** junkie, 54kg of skin and bone
Could not even understand what I was saying, drug out of my head…
I am so shocked to see it!!! Scared!!! Embarrassed!!!
Can not understand how my head can not grasp it!
I still get panic attacks if I am near anybody with drugs,
I can handle now alcohol after a year but still want to get stoned.
On Saturday I twist my ankle and did not even go to the doctors,
bcos I am scared to go and get pills, I know myself and I swallow the box.
So bandage it, anti-inflammatory and foot up.
The Idea now is:
Put the video on the mobile,
And when I go crazy have a look to remember how I ended up…
A great Weapon for anybody to get taped when they fall and use it.

I'm sorry if the video upset you Aiko...but it must be good to see how far you've come.
I hope your ankle is ok - if you need to please do seek medical attention.

I do not even remember....... 
I recommend it to anybody is trying to quit!!!
If you are still in it tape it... you will not believe it!!!
So later on you can see the before and after!
Because
We tend to forget the state we were, what we would do for it,
and remember only the high/drunk/un conscience side!
And that is all we think off! We forget the prize for it!
And when you see it you do not recognize yourself....
It helps accepting what you are bcos you do not believe it till you see it!
You never see yourself from outside
is so weird !!!
I am working round my head how to accep it as a handicap for life!
I recommend it to anybody is trying to quit!!!
