Can relate with some days just being extremely hard. It's good you're playing the tape through. One of the things that helps me when I am having really strong cravings, is knowing that if I drink, the cravings will be even worse and then I'll have to battle those. Keep on hanging in there and starve those cravings out! You can do it!!

You can only imagine how happy I am today that I didn't drink yesterday.

I can't even fathom having to start this all over again...

Hi alpha, isn't that a great feeling? I spent most of yesterday feeling sorry for myself, being kind of a baby about the whole thing. But I didn't drink. And I knew I wouldn't. Today I feel like a normal human being. Its very rewarding in my opinion.

Course you didn't drink yesterday, you're a nondrinker. Talked about wanting to, wanted to.... sure whatever, works in progress all of us. Just keep your membership in the Nondrinker Come Hell or High Water Club in good standing(which you did eh ), best chance for the progress.
