Going to try to sleep now. Went to my first AA meeting tonight and got to say it went well and I will,go,back. Let's hope I can get some good sleep tonight.

Starting to get better after 4 days. Still not sleeping well but it will come I guess. Might attend another AA meeting tonight. This one is closer to my house so it might be more intimidating....

Great job on 4 days. For me the first 6 or 7 were the toughest. The sleep will come back with time. I'm still early on but definitely sleep better now than I did during the initial days. Everything gets better as long as you just don't drink...
