Today is THE BEST of all days to choose to quit drinking. Well done!
It can help to keep in mind that you deserve a life without alcohol and the garbage and misery that goes along with addiction. You deserve a life with peace and joy, beauty, love and a little happiness. The truth of the whole matter is that you cannot have that life and drink too, it's one or the other.

Hey all,
Here I am on day 5 and it hasent been that hard....I know better than to get cocky with that statement....
Ive ALREADY lost some weight, and feel more alive!
Been noticing the blue sky , with now fall leaves in all their color slowly falling.
As a drinker I would have been inside the house buzzed missing all this
DUH...???
