well, that was unexpected...
Dee…so happy to hear that. The surprising turns in my life were usually the most meaningful. You sounded so inspired after your jam last week…I think it is interesting that this is unfolding on the heels of that.
I'm so glad to hear that things are finally looking up for you, Dee. (Well, except for the flu.)
Good things come to good people.
Take good care. It's nice to think of you finally getting some answers and a plan.

Okay...wow. Your post made the hair on my arms stand up : ) And of course you are not read to retire or wallow in years of reflection by the sea..
BUT hey..you needed a few years of the rejuvenating sea air for a new chapter.
I am over the moon for ya Dee.
Ya..this ALL sounds right. Your post re playing again...back to the city.
Wow wow wow.

I' msorry to hear that you have been ill (i forget it is opposite seasons for you/me, we are still hot humid summer). Congrats on getting a new apartment and getting into the system that will ultimately help you find more stability and LESS stress.
how far is the new place from your current house? You could still make a trip to the beach if you felt the urge?

I hope you feel better soon, Dee. Being stressed and sick at the same time is not cool.
I've lived in all sorts of places myself: in the middle of continents, by the most beautiful lake and mountains, in large cities full of culture but not much nature, right now it's a bit of a mix. Sometimes it's easy to adapt to change, other times not that easy, it depends on many factors, but I believe that your level of mental and spiritual health will help you through any change you may need to deal with, and you will be able to take it to a further destination, probably unknown even at the present moment.
I wish you the best spirits for this move!
