I've been eating crap since not drinking. My body is getting back to normal a little though now, hopefully before I pile on too many pounds! People expect to lose weight withouth alcohol, but you really do need to replace the calories at the beginning.

That is an awesome kicka** list! A keeper for sure!
I'm glad I was never a sugary person (odd b/c my poison was wine!) ...so I don't have those cravings...but I will break arms for a bag of Doritos

I get to start my day with a lovely walk to work which about 25-30min (depending on how sluggish my butt is!!) through a nature trail. <3
This week I am exceptionally tired b/c the previous 2.5 weeks were both mentally, emotionally and physically draining (week one - bender and hangover/detox - scared ******** b/c of 2nd DUI - week 2 was in the detox here in my city, which was HELL - then I just started back at work this monday after being discharged last Friday - wasn't sure if my BF was going to support me and let me stay there til I sort my **** out)
so it's been a crazy few weeks and other than my legal woes (I wish my bloody lawyer would call me!) I feel really good.

Samere here, I would much rather gorge myself on savories than sweets.

Sounds like a hectic couple of weeks, hopefully things will smooth out a bit
