There was a 3-year period in my life not so long ago when I rented a small apartment in NYC, originally unfurnished. I did buy some furniture but failed to fully assemble them, because I always got distracted by the (usually vodka) bottle that I took home. I "camped" there during that time, never cleaned, surrounded by empty vodka bottles accumulating all around. I think I'll stop describing the scene now

I did not have to find hidden bottles, left them all around, and sometimes when I ran out, I would start going through them in the dirt for leftover...

There was another ~3 year period that preceded it (not going into that here) and now ~1.5 year since I moved out of that mess. Still continued drinking for a good while, just hid my bottles in the wardrobe mainly because it's now a shared apartment...

So yeah, not pretty. Great job pouring it out, Mish!

I can relate to that DoubleBarrel and LBrain. I've swallowed a few insects in my time drinking room temperature booze that had been sitting there a day or two.
