This is a great resource and a great community, you'll find support here.
That said - I wonder from the tone of your post whether online will be sufficient.
I find that I need to use many 'tools' in my sobriety to keep on track.
Have you considered trying AA? Nothing to lose, your life to gain.
I've found it very helpful.

Welcome Tete! It's great to meet you.
I was drinking round the clock when I found SR. I had tried for many years to control the amounts I drank - so I wouldn't have to give it up. It was destroying me. There is life after alcohol - it does nothing for us. Keep posting and reading - we can help you make this big change.
