Hey, go easy on yourself! The past is the past. You've been ill. And you can recover from all of that and be happy with help from others like you who want the same things you do. You will find them at a meeting and on this website. I found it easier if I had some folks to help me. I couldn't do it just with willpower. Reach for the suniight. You can do it! Every good wish.

Thanks everyone. You guys are all amazing. Still feel like pond scum, but I guess I will for a while. I have found a meeting near me tomorrow at 6, so I'm going to that. I'm really nervous, I don't want to talk to strangers, I'm shy!
