You're growing!! This is a good thing! Please keep going back!! Progress not perfection!! When I first started I had tears and a runny nose after the meeting driving home I broke down like a baby.. It's alright to cry and express your feelings.. I'm so happy for you!!

NotSo - I did the same exact thing. I'd go into the meeting all calm - or so I thought - but when they went around the table I'd choke & not be able to get any words out. I didn't say anything for quite awhile. It's such an emotional time. You'll speak when the time is right. Glad you went and came here to talk about it. Proud of you.
