I am all too familiar with relapse. About every 4 months I'd be waking up (if I was lucky not in jail) and wondering how I got there again. This last relapse has scared the crap out of me. My life is over if I continue. I got off of all my psych meds, which I think were making me very complacent about relapse and the consequences. I've suddenly realized that my addiction has totally left me bankrupt in all areas of my life. My depression is lifting excrutiatiatingly slow. I am here now. This is it.
