I knew sobriety was making a real difference in my life when I no longer fretted about what a sober life would look like.
It just looks like the life I want!

I knew sobriety was making a difference in my life when I started smiling more often and feeling good about being me.

I knew sobriety was making a big difference in my life when I took time to play with my kids, walked into an AA meeting (scared outta my mind), and when I woke up day after day with an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

I knew sobriety was making a real difference in my life, when I refused to feel ashamed and held my head up high instead.

I knew sobriety was making a difference in my life
when I chose my sobriety
over dysfunctional relationships.
