Gaining my self respect back
Allowing me to enjoy life again
Allowing me to wake up without regret
Gave me back my self identity
Gave me back my self resect

Most of all it gave me back my freedom.

Sobriety gave me the key to the rest of life

Gave me back my self worth

My sobriety is the key that opens the door to learning that I too, deserve to have a happy life. As much as anyone else. It has taken me so long to unlock that door.
Now I have to walk all the way through and really deep down believe it is true.
