I heard one at a meeting today and I really liked it:
"If you're going through hell; don't stop".
I'd love to hear more of them.
Thanks,
RW

Love that quote, too.
I have so many, I don't know if I can just choose one. So like an obstinate alcoholic, I'll put in 2:

The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.* ~William James
Nothing is more worthy of our time than the joy right in front of us, because in any given moment, that is where we have the opportunity to fully experience life. Not where someone else is, not where we suspect we should be, but right where we are. (From The Tiny Buddha)
"Nothing will so much insure immunity from drinking as intensive work with other alcoholics"
"AA is not a mutual admiration society"
"He cares more about you than he does about your feelings"
"People have feet of clay"

Can I pick a poem rather than a quote? I found it useful in finding a new engagement with the world without alcohol....
The Messenger
My work is loving the world.
Here the sunflowers, there the hummingbird —
equal seekers of sweetness.
Here the quickening yeast; there the blue plums.
Here the clam deep in the speckled sand.
Are my boots old? Is my coat torn?
Am I no longer young, and still not half-perfect? Let me
keep my mind on what matters,
which is my work,
which is mostly standing still and learning to be
astonished.
The phoebe, the delphinium.
The sheep in the pasture, and the pasture.
Which is mostly rejoicing, since all ingredients are here,
which is gratitude, to be given a mind and a heart
and these body-clothes,
a mouth with which to give shouts of joy
to the moth and the wren, to the sleepy dug-up clam,
telling them all, over and over, how it is
that we live forever.

Wow these are just such powerful quotes I can't remember where I saw it, it might have been this forum while I was just a reader (before I signed up). But I think someone had something like this;
"Don't tell God how big your addiction is, tell your addiction how big our God is!".. Very powerful stuff.
Oh and simplyfab; I love that song 'Soul to Squeeze'

Maybe I should be paying a little more close attention to this one. Because its this one, that scares me to my core. I've been lost for so long that I don't know, not if, but when, I am or not being true to myself.
Its a scary thing not knowing yourself...

And I dont know what the future is holding in store
I dont know where Im going, Im not sure where I've been
There's a spirit that guides me, a light that shines for me
My life is worth the living, I dont need to see the end.
