Good luck, you are doing a great thing for yourself. Once you take out the addiction then the issues that kept us using start boiling to the surface. You will do well.
Just got home from the assesment. Tomorrow I am starting an intensive outpatient program from 930 till 230, Mon-Fri for a couple of weeks. I be in a group of others who suffer from depression and anxiety. I love the group setting kind of thing. Like to get others input and experiences. Plus it really helps me to share face to face with others who have been through similar experiences.
Plus, I get to come home, still be with my family, sleep in my own bed, and get on SR.
Thanks for all the support and prayers.
God bless.

Sounds like a great plan Jocata. Glad it worked out where you can still be with family and here with us . You are in my thoughts and if you need anything you know where to find me and a dozen others that care deeply about you! HUGE HUG! Keep us updated please!!
