does anyone know of any treat to replace chocolate that is healthier
There is that new gum from Extra I think that tastes like chocolate mint.. it's really not bad!
I could eat chocolate all day every day, clearly that's not good for me I limit myself to 3 Hershey's kisses before bed. I have no idea why I do it, but considering the alternative(s), it works for me

It fills you up......
and
there is no sugar* to substitute sugar for another sugar. Nor does eating sucralose (or any other chemical/man made substance) make sense for my life.
Why not just eat healthy and see/feel what the results are?
* sucrose
Ugh. I remember carob. My Mom was a bit of a health nut so that's what we got instead of chocolate. That and trail mix, yogurt drops and yogurt covered raisins. Ironically, now that I can eat all the chocolate I want, it doesn't really excite me anymore.
If you're looking for a lower cal alternative, how about hot chocolate made with cocoa powder? That way, you can control how much sugar you put in it and get a calcium fix too.

Ice cream
Good news for ice cream lovers: A recent Swedish study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that women who have at least one serving of full-fat dairy products a day gain less weight than women who don’t. Researchers aren’t entirely sure why, but it’s believed that a compound in milk fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) may aid weight loss.
