There is that new gum from Extra I think that tastes like chocolate mint.. it's really not bad!
I could eat chocolate all day every day, clearly that's not good for me
I limit myself to 3 Hershey's kisses before bed. I have no idea why I do it, but considering the alternative(s), it works for me
