I'm sad to hear about the loss of your grandma. Please do check out the Hospice and see to getting the grief counseling. It helped me so much.

I am definitely going to call Hospice.

I haven't been okay. I am still drinking.

I've pretended to be so strong but my real strength won't come until I get back into sobriety. I want to get sober.

BC perhaps attending an AA meeting may be helpful at this point. Getting that face to face support right now to help you get sober. You may decide that is for you but either way I think it would be tremendously beneficial.

I'm glad you are going to reach out to hospice and get support.

This is a difficult time for you and from my experience.....drinking only makes things seem and appear worse.

Keep sharing BC and please update on how things are going.
