I never use to like these threads or even counting.
But it feels good this time. It was nice getting my 90 day tag last night too.
I approached someone for the first time at the meeting last night.
He shared on something that was right on time for me.
And I just had to thank him. So I did and I got lots of suggestions and direction on how to find a sponsor.
Its funny cause someone in the house pointed out a woman that they think I should ask to be my sponsor. And that guy last night kinda hinted me to go to her meeting she chairs. I ave been to it for the first time last week. She has 18 yrs clean from the same drug I did. She is the no nonsense kind of person, I can tell. And thats exactly what I need. We will see how it goes this week. Maybe I will have one by the time I check in next week.
Thx every one. I have had 3 mos a few times in the past. But it was just abstinence. I wouldnt have called it any real quality clean time. This time it is quality clean time. There is a huge difference.
I couldnt have even made it this little bit without you guys. My big one will be 6 mnos. Something I have never had in over 20 yrs. Thats going to realloy be something.
