5 days sober and need help
hi i am 28 yrs old and addicted to pills i detoxed at home and checked into outpatient rehab . if any body has any tips to get thru this hard time that would be great thank you

SR is a great place with a lot of support. I'm an alki, myself, so don't know much about pills. Somebody who does will be along soon! Keep reading and posting here; it's a great resource.

Welcome to SR! You'll find a lot more info and understanding in the Substance Abusers forum. Lots of info by those who have been there. I'm a wino myself and don't know squat about pills.
One thing I do know for sure is that you should be very kind to yourself, body and mind, in early sobriety. Your body and brain are adjusting to working without the substance and it takes a while to get back to normal. Eat good food, vitamins, drink lots of water and juice, and maybe a nice walk everyday for the sunshine and fresh air.
