I am off to my meeting. Haven't been since Thursday. But that is usually how my summer's go. I almost have 900 days clean and sober! Amazing!
Im also relieved about rowan she was having a tough time and its good to hear she is having fun.
Believe I hope you had a good meeting today. I am going off line now before you get me in that chat room lol xx

Stone, I had and have nights like that. I catch up on my reading at those times, try not to stimulate my mind too much so I can fall back to sleep. Do something boring!!

You guys are the bomb! I had a really good time at the amusement park went on lots of rides with the kids - my sister and I laughed and laughed it was all quite therapeutic. Tomorrow is daughter's grad so it was nice for she and I to have a day off from it all before the madness starts again.

Paul - I am very glad that your scan came back normal. VERY glad!
Tan - welcome home - I'm sorry for your FIL and what he's going through. It must be terribly hard on your hubby, also. Hugs and prayers going out to you all.

I'm looking forward to a good night of sleep - it's very hot here so the fans will be on full power! I hope to catch up some more tomorrow with you all.
I got a magnetic bumper sticker for my car it says "Watch out! I'm out of antidepressants!" LOL it's classic and so true!

Hi all...hope your all well rested. I'm off to the hospital with nephew to get the dressing changed on his foot. Would rather stay in the garden and get it finished but I CANT....will be sitting in a smelly hospital waiting on the doctor as he is 2 hours delayed as usual, and sun shining outside.
,also have to get a part for the washing machine because its after breaking . by the time I do that, it will be time to make dinner , walk dog, clean house and collect son from work. Maybe I will get out to my garden in the evening......i also have a pile of ironing and loads of book work to do. ok lets not get over whelmed nelco 
ok im off now......deep breaths......raiindrops on roses and all that!!

WOW Nel, you must not get me overwhelmed first thing in the morning :rotfxko You have a pretty serious line up there for the day. I just woke up but now i'm already tired just reading about your day.
No really, didn't get to sleep till about 2:30 and up at 5:30, not good!!!!
