HEEEYYYYYY guys. Astro You are the man. Katz its good to see youre well. Ro lookin good. Krissy, Tanya, PC, Rusty, Rella McBella Always good to see you dancin hon. Oh. Did anyone ever get the chance to listen to the song Jammin by Bob Marley while watching Rellas little dancer? OMG!!! it's hillarious. Sorry if I missed you buy there's just too many loves in my life to remember them all just know youre in my heart. Anyway Thanks for the spot on the bus gang. I'mback and glad to see all of you.

aaaawe you're too much Katz. Love you too. I'm registering for classes today but that's not important. well it is but not as much as yet another day sober!!!!!! I've found an awesome way to maintain comfort and complete relaxation in my own skin. It's through meditation. I went to a light healer a few weeks ago and ever since then I've been doing a daily ritual of meditation and self healing. of course meetings can't be negated. Once a week. If it sounds like it might help anyone I urge you to give it a shot. Find some smooth relaxing music and just embark on your own journey to a place you love being and let the healing begin.
It truly has made me a new person and hope it works for you.
