Hi idiots!
Went to see 'A midsummer nights dream' last night-my husband is in it.Fantastic production and I really enjoyed it.It was their final performance so they had an after party.
Can I just say that being sober, surrounded by people getting drunker and drunker is really incredibly BORING? LOL. Ah well-I'll be one of the few without a hangover today.
Rella-I hope you feel better soon and I'm so glad you don't have a tumour! That's fantastic news
Scaredy I hope your arm gets better soon too!

They need to vent underground and run a pipe with a fan up through the roof. Should be easy, but an expense no doubt.
Yeah well... I knew there had to be a problem thrown at us somehow other than the longish closing date. We'll get it taken care of somehow. Actually, I never had this house tested. It wasn't mandatory and I didn't want to know at the time. Who knows, this place may be even higher than the other house !
Sorry your arm has been bothering you too GT. Hopefully they can find out what's wrong with it.
My arm is actually getting real bad. My good arm is hurting now this past week and my hand. I've been having a hard time typing on here and also regular writing. I hope i don't have the same problem with my good arm. That's all i need. Hopefully it's just arthritis.
Good news though is I get my 9 month chip tonight.

Dr. Google tells me it's my rotator cuff... but I'll wait to hear what the real doctor says on Friday. I'm having pain when lifting things and placing all of my body weight on it during certain yoga poses. Typing and writing are thankfully OK for now.
I hope you find out something good.

Being sober rocks doesn't it Jules ? And yes... no hangovers.
See above comments on radon. Maybe it will kill any deer that happen to get in my yard. I know, I know... it's the evil in me. Not very Buddhistic sorry ananda.

LOL Gyps.Well-last night I just thought-I'm VERY grateful I'm not behaving like them.(I just don't seem to have much tolerance for listening to drunken ramblings. But I know that used to be me too) I'm glad I've changed.
No hangovers-good. Not waking up full of fear and remorse-also good.
The play was wonderful though-I'm glad I went!

Hi Hope .
So my yoga instructor said this morning at class that one of her good friends was found dead 2 days ago. She didn't say from what. It was a sad class... she was just about crying through some of it. I told her that if she needed anything from me and I could do it, I would, just ask.
So she called a little bit ago asking if I would sub again. She thinks the funeral might be Wednesday so she asked if I could sub a class she teaches at a rec department nearby in the morning, different class and place I have been doing the past 3 weeks. I told her sure, don't worry about it and volunteered myself to teach the 6 pm class at the studio the same day. My husband doesn't understand why I would since I'm still not getting paid. I don't mind though... I do get those hours towards the 100 extra I'll need for the final certification and I believe the good karma will come back to me somehow. He doesn't get it but he doesn't have to. Unless the funeral plans change, I'll be busy all day Wednesday. That's also a day I do the reception thing at the studio. Whew! Tired already from all of that lol.
I'm going to turn this off and watch some TV. The teen was sick last night and I've been running around a lot. I should probably get some rest while I can before someone else in the house gets sick.
Good night everyone :ghug.
