Just a quick check in....

Feeling crappy today-tummy pains-laying on the couch with heating pad-I have internal hemorroids (however you spell it) and I'am bleeding a bit today still. The prep was AWFUL I got so sick! However good news......

MY TUMOR is GONE! It did not grow back so no more surgery for me! :bounce I do have to go and get re-checked again next October though.

Rella honey I'm so sorry that you're in pain and that the prep was awful but thank God your tumour is GONE! Rest up and feel better - big hugs.

K - you're awesome.

Rella! That is wonderful news! Don't start worrying about the re-check until next year. This year, we still have to make your resolution to meet me for Texas Wieners come true. Huh? Huh??? I hope you start feeling better soon .

Hi Ro Did you have bacon and corn dogs for breakfast today?

Thanks for the Dee Brief K. That was a nice gesture...It's been a long time. 10 pumpkins does seem excessive to me too. Did you spend your whole paycheck on them? I spent $3.95 each on some moon shoes the boys wanted at the thrift store yesterday and Mr. GT was rolling his eyes.

edit: Hi ananda! Hang in there. Today can only get better.

I have done that prep Rella and it it rough! I'm glad the tumor is gone!

It is a beautiful day here. Sunny and NO humidity.

I'm going to get my hair cut and colored when my Mom's IV is finished.

Mr. Ho is golfing. What else is new??

Tomorrow we are going to the Texans football game

Hi Tanya . Nice to see ya here. Have a good time getting your hair done. Football? Meh! Not a fan, but have fun anyway .

Have a good meeting Stoney.

I have bad news. The radon test results came in the mail and the new house exceeds the limits . Not sure what we're going to do about it.

Had a craving... for a second cup of coffee, so now I'll be wound up for the next few hours! Too bad I don't feel like spending that energy on cleaning the house!

I did just rake the leaves out of the front yard (the dog yard). I have to keep it raked up so I can find the dog bombs!! God forbid I should accidentally step on one of those canine land mines!!

Hello to all the Bottomsers and Bottomsettes too! ( or should I say hi to the 'idiots' and the 'idiettes' ??? )

It' sunny here and feels about ten degrees less than the 83 it is...oh and like Tanya's weather report there's no humidity here either. I think I'll go out and do some gardening...btw I just leave my irises in the ground, and I do the same with the caladiums. Some people here still remove them but it's completely unneccesary so why bother?

Hi CMC . I'm done with my gardening for this season I think. Or, maybe I'll go out later and dig up some of the daffodils I planted here when we first moved in. Normally we don't do that here either... but since we're moving and I want to try and bring the irises I had to. The deer ate just about everything else!

So at the new place we'll have a huge kitchen, pool, fenced in yard so no deer ...and radon. I guess I can live with that .

Kinda sad and mad about what happened on this thread yesterday.

I've been in a lot of pain again with my arm and back and haven't been on the computer much. I have a Dr. apt next Fri.

Rella- I'm so glad your tumor is gone and that you have a speedy recovery. I actually didn't know you had a tumor. I miss so much on here any more.

Stoney- Hug: All I'll say is that it's your program. Your recovery. I can't tell you or anyone else how many meetings you need when i only go 4 or 5 times a week myself. I do read a lot of recovery books everyday and come on my forums daily. For me I have to keep it real and admit I'm an alcoholic every day and just stay in the day.

Love everyone on here.

Hi scaredy . Sorry you're still in pain. It's good you have an appointment with your doctor on Friday though. Actually I have an appointment with my orthopedist on Friday about my shoulder pain also. That happened last time when you had a drs appointment! I did too .

Sorry your arm has been bothering you too GT. Hopefully they can find out what's wrong with it.

My arm is actually getting real bad. My good arm is hurting now this past week and my hand. I've been having a hard time typing on here and also regular writing. I hope i don't have the same problem with my good arm. That's all i need. Hopefully it's just arthritis.

Good news though is I get my 9 month chip tonight.

Stoney glad you're going to another meeting
All other Bottomies...Thanks for all your posts, I enjoy reading the so called good and the so called bad news. Helps me take me out of me, get a different perspective and at times have a right old giggle.
Wishing everyone a Happy Saturday Night
