Hi frst!

K, too funny about your phone conversation.Reminds me of the time we were at Chuck E Cheese for some kids birthday and Mr. GT recognized a couple sitting over to the side and went to say hi. I was watching the conversation from afar and saw him showing his shoulder surgery scars and whatnot. Turns out they weren't who he thought they were. We didn't even know them. They did get to check out his scars though .

Dee .

Stoney .

We went to that fusion place for dinner and took the kids to check it out this time. Read the menu and weep .

Welcome to Kenji Fusion Asian Bistro Online

I had the duck curry... very good & spicy. Tried a bunch of apps this time( roti canai, gyoza, thai dumplings forget what they're called atm and some chicken thing in lettuce cups).Excellent! Everything we had was good. Veggie teen had vegtables with tofu, prodigy had coconut sticky rice with egg drop soup, artsy son had Gen Tso's, picky son had satay and dumplings. Husband had Pad Sei Ew (?) another. Thai tea was good but I had hot green tea. We didn't do sushi this time. Maybe next. And yes, the bathrooms are indeed cool.

We do have some pretty excellent food choices here I must say. And this place is in an unassuming strip mall. Not what I expected when we checked it out last week. Really nice food and atmosphere. Come for a visit babes. I'll take you out for REAL pizza. Fugghedaboudditt!

My new wok rocks!

I seasoned it the other day and just used it now, it works great, non-stick like.

Yeah if I lived in a crap food country like you I might have to use mine more often . But I don't so I can go get the good stuff.

What did you cook babes ?

Speaking of rocks... this Girish dude rocks AND the teen liked it last night. Surprise of surprises. She's still talking about how fun it was.

Hey babes, did you see my news about answering the phone at the studio a few days a week in exchange for my monthly pass? And she said she'll be letting me teach kids yoga very soon ?

I'll be saving a chuck of money every month and hopefully making a little something soon too .

Oh yeah... got this email from weird yoga guy this morning:

Hey I never heard back from you. I just want to tell you if you know of anyone who would be interested in the studio I have decided to sell it. I am going in a new direction with my yoga and
I wont have time to run a studio for a while with work and training, I just want what I put into
the place $6500.00

Peace
I did reply this time:

I thought I mentioned being busy with the kids at school working on some projects with their classes. Not interested in lunch or coffee anyway.
If I hear of someone that wants a studio I'll definitely pass along the info.

Namaste

Thanks babes .

Real estate update:

We looked at the other house. It's BIGGER and way more $$$. We were just checking it out for the sake of looking. So, the agent said with regard to the counter offer: come up with our bottom line offer and she'll take it to the woman and tell her that's it. Take it or we walk. She said to wait a few days or week at least before giving her the #.

This sounds like a plan but risky. The woman's Son in law is basically making the decision although it's supposedly up to her. He's taking advantage of her because he took out a huge mortgage on the house. Not our problem but he's being greedy. I'm worried about the ultimatum of the bottom line. If she tells her that's it, then negtiations are done if she doesn't accept. And we both do want to move there. Mr. GT is still talking of imporvments and what we'll do in each room... thd girls are already deciding what color to paint their room! I hope this works out .

No way. I'm happy being a professional yoga student right now with the real potential to pick up some decent hours where I am eventually. Plus, if we get the house, I can use 1/2 the office area for some small or private classes I'm hoping. Then I wouldn't need to worry about renting a whole studio myself and all of the headaches that involves.
