Said boss has just gotten out of court and called me to check in. His words were:

"i'm sorry if i've been grumpy lately, i'm not sure if it's been noticable or not."

And that's why the lady in HR calls my salary hazard pay.

scoob..

The bully in the sandbox usually is the most unhappy little boy.

No excuse for bad behavior when he grows up, but it is what is.

Not your fault. You always knew that...glad he apologized.

Gustav Whine....Went out to check storm damage in yard. Many flowers uprooted & large branches all over. Sunflowers that I'd tied to trellis so they wouldn't bend had tanked, though. There they were with their big heads bowed, petals gone - looking like they'd been hung. They were bigger than me! I felt so bad I apologized to them as I cut them down. Gave them a decent burial.

Dee, it was the sunflowers one & only chance to shine & they died a premature death. They won't be coming back. They're annuals.

Am going to have to go to a dermatologist. Have been itching so badly that it's nearly impossible to get to sleep. Feel 'tingly' all over, especially my scalp. Frustrating as hell and very irritating. Nothing unusual in diet or lifestyle that might explain it as an allergic reaction. But to itch so bad you can't sleep?? THat's cruel and unusual punishment.

It's past midnight and there is a mosquito in my bedroom. I can't find him. He waits 10 minutes, buzzes in my ear and then disappears. I'm sure everyone can relate to how annoying this is. God, I'm tired.................

My roommate was either talking and walking in her sleep or hallucinating. At 5:00 a.m., the aide came in with fresh containers of ice water. My roomie says, "Give me back my pills...why did you take them from me?" The aide, "I don't have your pills...I only give out ice water...no pills." Roomie, "You're lying...I saw them in your hand." Aide, "I'm not doing this Ms. Hopper." She leaves to go across the hall.

Roomie gets out of bed, draws the curtain aside from around my bed and looks in at me. I say, "What?" She says, "I don't know how to get out of here." (The door is wide open!) I say, "Turn around." She walks to the door and just stands there looking up and down the hall for a few minutes.

The aide comes out of room across the hall and says, "The nurse is on her way with the med cart. Get back in bed before you fall." Roomie goes back to bed, starts snoring, and has to be awakened by nurse for meds.

Am I going to have to start sleeping with one eye open!?!
