Are you guys chilly? Cause it's 8 am on a Sunday and I'm up and awake. Hell froze over.
Sad dreams woke me up..Aunt and Mom. Part of me is grateful that my subconscious is allowing me to grieve while I'm sleeping and not awake. I actually feel ok.

Boston....honey she also has a skin condition that gives her blisters poor little thing is allergic to grass and a few other things......
BUT I AM SO HAPPY TO SAY SHE ATE SOLID FOOD TODAY WHILE MY BACK WAS TURNED ALL I COULD DO IS CRY!!!!!! The food was the big thing a dog can go 6 days without food 6 days without water but not both so she has been getting sugar water and pedilite and trying to persuade her with any tiny treat......her first day of being sick we could only get her to eat her milk bones treats, but like the vet said anything rather than nothing......to watch her playing with her sisters this morning made me so happy, I think we got the worm thing we only seen it like 5 times and she isnt throwing up any more ( vet said it would stop after they died) and so far she isn't passing any in her bm's..........she's right here beside me in the baby bed sleeping away!!!!! I just took a pic and she openend her eyes.......lol
But I am so happy with the progress that we have made so far......and the vet called this am..........looks like we have a raccoon with a problem so animal control is comming out Monday.......I am so happy I still work with them, they are setting out live traps so that we can move them!!!!! Hopefully they get some of the skunks as well!!!!

Thanks Ann! I wish I could really have some, it sounds great! Am forcing myself to eat chicken soup just so I won't pass out. If I feel any worse after cold medicine and chicken soup I'll have to take a nap today.

and, clean up the mess! At least it wasn't as bad here as it could have been. Now, we have to see what happens with Ike next week.
I talked to my daughter yesterday, and she told me she knows my son is still "using". She's trying to talk him into going back into detox and the VA in-hospital program again. I called him just to ask how he was doing and commented on not having heard from him all last week...he usually calls me at least once a week. He's "doing fine"...no mention of his sister having confronted him and the possibility of detox/rehab.
I don't want to whine about this...just hoping he'll find the strength/courage to do the right thing as soon as possible. If he does, he's sure to call me with the truth. Fingers crossed!

Well The drinking continues today. She even wanted to open one in the car when we got done grocery shopping. I held the anger and told her to wait till we got home. WTF is really going on?
I dont like seeing my grams do that. And to want one as soon as we got out of the store..Come on!! This is not a whine rather than a rant. I dont want to get mad at her and yell.
I am just gonna let her go.
So heres my whine...I have a purple toe!!

Still feel like sh!t and couldn't nap today, so hope I can sleep good tonight. This cold is really kicking my ass. When I take the cold medicine I don't feel sick, but feel 'spacey'. When it wears off I don't feel like I'm floating anymore, just feel rotten again.

My whine today? High winds, rain and potential hail.I really had thought spring was here but we seem to have been thrown back into winter and I don't like it!
