Hi FD, I just went the same thing after 6 months. In my case, I attempted to keep a LD relationship alive. When it when bust on my last trip. I was left stranded in my old places and people. It as bloody horrible alright. It still is. But I know that I CARR - Changing At A Rapid Rate (I know that I only used one A - have some imagination -lol).

So, how did I get past it? I went to ALOT of meetings.

It will pass, just focus on the beauty of a sober reaility!
