Oh boy my fat test was a wake up call - this hot guy had to take my measurements. Some stuff was good - some not-so-good. I booked him for a few personal training sessions then he threw me on a cross trainer for a while until I couldn't breathe.
What a jerk. LOL
Seriously - I've got 17 pounds to lose to meet my goal and that won't take long at all - I know what kind of obsessive alkie I am .. it's SO good to be back in the gym. I used to be very fit but it took a backseat to recovery. Now I wanna fit both in the front seat and try to achieve some sort of balance.
I just scarfed down goldfish crackers, nonfat pudding, popcorn, a bottle of water, and now I'm going out to cut the grass.
What a jerk. LOL

I couldn't find the energy or time either, Jen. So I joined a 24/7 gym that just opened. And you would be surprised how motivated you become once you sign up .. I'm pumped.
Aren't goldfish crackers the best.
And what furry friend of Rella's are you referring to?

Furry one is better Jen! Went to Mr. Flip Flops this weekend and then back to my girlfriends last night and she was a bit confused again but...she is adjusting better last week! Thanks for asking!

Yes, I did know that C was a bodybuilder. Hmm, so you belong to a 24/7 gym, your garage is being converted to a gym, your gf is a bodybuilder, and you still don't feel you have sufficient time or motivation?
I DO understand the motivation factor, mind you. For me, I was so effing depressed for so effing long, I just didn't care anymore. But I do care - I care about my body and want to look good and feel good - so I'm gonna try my hardest.
I hope you're able to get back into it - I remember the times you posted after making it for a workout and how good it made you feel.
