RK-I'm sorry your trip was cancelled-but it's good you can reschedule.I've never been on a balloon ride but I bet it's amazing.

I missed Krissy too. And Rella, and PD and wooli and Ro (but I did congratulate her. Way to go RoRo).

Spent 4 hours at the pool with the kids then came home and made ziti, garlic bread etc. Yeah... it's summer but I live in The Soprano State. Gotta have F*ckin Ziti! 2 yoga classes in a row.. finished my slide show project!!!

The teen has a dental appointment tomorrow afternoon and then I have my Teacher Training weekend starting tomorrow @ 6 so I will be more scarce than usual. I may be around in the am though so watch out.

It's NOT fair that you can eat so much Ben and Jerry's and still be a PETITE greedy hog. It's really NOT FAIR. *stamps foot*
My Mom made me dinner tonight - home made potato salad (my fave) - maple-cured ham, angel food cake with fresh strawberries and cream .. urgh ..
More bloated than usual tonight ..

I am open to requests for baking.Ro has preference having offered me $10 however-LOL!

The choc chip muffins were half good.There's something wrong with my oven-one side is cooking faster than the other.Could it be one side has....ah....a need to be seriously cleaned?(stuff has fallen down there.I'm not sure what it is but I'm betting an archeologist may be interested.It may date back to the lost ark.....)

So-half the muffins were perfect-the other half were....'a bit singed'.....

Gyps-I have bought banoffee pie but never attempted to make one.I'm very good at gourmet cooking but I must confess-baking is something I'm 'average 'at so far.I'm much more interested in it since trying to get sober though.I think I'm more interested in a lot of things now actually.(in between my relapses-let's be honest-LOL)

So-about this banning thing.I wasn't around at the time and want to know if I can ban myself instead of someone else.Just a thought....:chatter

Yep I have just got up. Got a mixed day of watching the cricket and going to a meeting. Should be good

I am always glad to make people better with the state of my oven. The grill is just as bad. The amount of smoke that comes out when I have either on full power hurts my poor eyes.
