Congrats on your 60 days Julie!
OK for all you dieters, Barb Dwyer posted something last week about a new diet that someone was blabbing about on Oprah. I'm trying it.
1/2 hour before you eat your biggest meal of the day you munch on a slice of whole grain bread with one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. That's it. Eat healthy and exercise. I'm trying it and so far I've noticed that I eat less because I feel full, and I'm more regular (I know, I know, TMI).
Anyone know more about this diet and why it works? I've heard that the oil also prevents fat from being absorbed into our body tissue?

Yea that olive oil thing makes you feel like you need less food or sometin. I think it works more as an appetite suppressant, stops ya being a greedy hog.
