I had 3 monthsclean from nicotine but the stress was to much to handle
I'm mad at my self cause now I'm back into smoking

When RK gets back he can solve the oven temperature mystery. I might be wrong on that. Chicken needs to be cooked to an internal temp of 180 in the thigh and 160 in the breast though. Temps are for USA.

. Forget stir fry. Tagines rock. Chicken, onion, garlic, dates, olives, preserved lemon, carrots, cilantro, celery, pepper. Cook on low for a few hours. Not as fast as a pressure cooker and not as slow as a crock pot. Awesome.
