Sorry it's going to snow there K. That bites. It is 63 and sunny here. No humidity. Remind me of these days when it's 110 with 100% humidity.

I am here to report that I CAN NOT do the low carb diet. I have felt like crap since I started it. I have felt sick at my stomach, have no energy and am feeling depressed since starting it. I'm no rocket scientist (like's Ro's bo) BUT I am quitting the diet. Just gonna try and eat healthy.

How long did you do it Tan? My husband tried the South Beath Diet a few years ago for a few months and dropped a bit of weight. I was also on it and I lost none (but I was just on it to make it simpler for meal around here).

My recommendations: Lean protein, lots of fruit and vegetables and whole grains, nuts, olive oil. Cut out as much refined sugar as possible,Low fat dairy. Not low carb but healthy.

I wouldn't stay on any diet that adds to your depression.
