Just feel like I wanna scream and fight. I shouted at Rana (my doggy) this morning and last night. Have not done that for months and months.

I can relate too nogard. My emotions have been like a roller coaster the past couple of days. My first Christmas sober was really rough, but I'm getting through it. I want to be a winner like the rest of you guys.

We win one day at a time as we stay in the solution (recovery) rather than the problem (on the streets broke ill dying and in such despair).

I just took the little violin (you know the one we play when we got the poor me's) and flung it voilently down the valley.

I had that violing playing for 26 years it can bugger off I don't need it no more.

Me too, Nogard, woke up feeling like, "OK, I'm handling this holiday thing!" and then ended up grumpy and sad later in the day also. Don't even know what I'm angry about.

I ended up grumpy and irritable last night, too. I don't even know why, exactly, but thankfully with some prayer and taking some time away from the family I was able to work through it and lighten up. I'm glad you smashed that violin!
