Yes, Willow - I don't think that after 7 weeks it's about the physical addiction anymore. It's about reconfiguring life without alcohol. It's just habit, isn't it? What do you always do on holiday? Crack a beer, open the wine. We need rewiring.

Just wanted to check in at last after reading all your great and helpful posts for some time now. Been posting on the daily thread for about a week. Day 46 here so hopefully this is the correct place to be.

I googled songs about getting sober. There’s quite a few! I don’t know many of them. I hadn’t heard that one Linkin Park one Suze.

Thanks Venus, I did despite the wind. Expecting to find alot of rubbish blowing about when I head out later this morning.
